1. DEFINITION OF THE SELLER

2. PURCHASE METHODS
By connecting to our online store on www.spazzavento.it, you can directly purchase our products and view their technical data sheets. To proceed with the purchase you need to insert the selected products into the shopping cart and the quantity by clicking on the "Buy" button, then a summary of the shopping cart will appear, where you will be asked to enter the destination country, in order to view the shipping cost. To proceed you must click on the button "Conclude order", an operation that does not commit the customer to the purchase. Then an order form will appear in which you are asked to enter personal data, choose the method of payment and the shipping address, together with the conditions of sale which, if accepted, will confirm the order. To conclude the purchase, click on the "Place order" button. Once we have verified the order specifications and the correctness of the data entered, the order form will be sent to the Seller. The same reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery, if after checks carried out, the data entered were incorrect or incomplete.
3. PRICES OF PRODUCTS
The prices indicated for all products on sale in the online store are inclusive of VAT.
The transport costs are shown in the formation of the total price of the order and vary depending on the weight of the goods and shipping address. In particular, transport costs are indicated in the cart before purchase.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Our products travel by courier, with the following delivery times, in addition to the shipping day: Italy: 1-3 working days
Europe: 2-4 working days
Shipping times might vary in some periods of the year depending on the holidays and weather conditions that affect goods traffic.
5. SHIPPING TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY METHOD
As soon as the courier has taken charge of the goods, a tracking code will be sent to the customer to check the status of the shipment. The customer will receive a text message by the courier with the date and time in which the delivery will take place.
In Italy two delivery attempts are made, only one attempt is made abroad.
In the event that the customer is absent and the courier can not make the delivery, a notice of attempted delivery will be issued with the references of the deposit at which to collect the goods.
6. WARRANTY
The Seller ensures the conformity of the products to the specifications indicated in the order form.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As foreseen by the Legislative Decree 206/05 ("Consumer Code"), the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of products is reserved only for natural persons (consumers who purchase without VAT), therefore excluding purchases made by dealers or from subjects that in any way buy for resale.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of goods, a written communication to be forwarded to Azienda Agricola Spazzavento by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In the communication it is necessary to indicate their data, those relating to the purchase order made, and indicate their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract, with the request to return the price paid within the strict deadline of 30 (thirty) days.
The customer will have the right to return the amount paid to the Seller, net of delivery and return costs (always charged to the consumer), only from the moment when the Seller, checked the integrity of the returned goods and the perfect correspondence to what was sold , will confirm everything. The purchased products must be intact and unopened and in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal can not be exercised in the following cases:
- perishable food goods;
- Goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or be rapidly altered;
- Products packaged and sealed, opened by the customer.
9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Starting from 2016 february the 15th, all consumers who have encountered problems with an online purchase can try to settle their disputes out-of-court by sending a complaint via the online platform ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/ odr / in one of the 23 official languages of the European Union. The Agency will contact the seller and propose to resolve the dispute out of court through an alternative resolution body (the so-called Alternative Dispute Resolution). This tool will resolve the dispute in a maximum time of 90 days avoiding the use of ordinary justice.
If it is not possible to find a solution to the disputes arising from the execution of contracts governed by these "Terms and Conditions" of sale, the Court of Florence will have jurisdiction. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 C.C. I declare that I have carefully read and understood these "Terms and Conditions of Sale" and accept them in full.
