For our shipments we use a modular packing made up of one or more polystyrene blocks (for shock and crash protection during transport) and a rigid outer carton.
The polystyrene also has a thermal insulation function, protecting our products from thermal excursions.
This type of packaging is also completely recyclable; the polystyrene is similar to plastic, while the outer carton comes into the paper container.
