1HOW CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS?
Browse through the products shown in the store to view features, images and price. To add a product to your cart click on the image, select the quantity and click on the “BUY” button. Then a summary of the shopping cart will appear, where you will be asked to enter the destination country, in order to view the shipping cost. To proceed you need to click on the "CONCLUDE ORDER" button, an operation that does not commit the customer to the purchase. Then an order form will appear in which to enter personal data, choose the method of payment and the shipping address, together with the conditions of sale which, if accepted, will confirm the order. To conclude the purchase, click on the "ORDER" button. Once the system has verified the order specifications and the correctness of the data entered, the order form will be sent to the Seller.
2IT NECESSARY TO MAKE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No, there is no minimum order for shipping; obviously the more products are ordered and proportionally the lower incidence is for transport costs.
3ARE THE PRODUCTS SHOWN NOW AVAILABLE?
The products visible online are immediately available for sale and shipment. Your purchase is made directly with the producer, Azienda Agraria Spazzavento.
4PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

5I WOULD LIKE TO DO A GIFT. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, we can send the products to an address different from the orderer’s one. It is necessary to specify in the order the different delivery address and in the NOTES ON THE ORDER field specify that it is a gift, before proceeding with the payment. If you like, we can insert a personal greeting in the package with a text suggested by you.
6THE COST OF SHIPPING IS ALWAYS ADDED TO THE ORDER?
No, shipping costs are not added if the "Withdrawal at the Company" option is chosen and (only for deliveries in Italy) if the amount of the order exceeds 99 euros.
7IS IT POSSIBLE TO WITHDRAWAL THE GOODS ORDINATED DIRECTLY IN THE COMPANY?
Yes, in this case you will not have to bear the shipping costs. You can contact us at our addresses to fix the collection.

9IS THERE A MAXIMUM LIMIT IN THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS I CAN BUY?
No, there is no limit. In the case of purchase of large quantities the shipment will take place on pallets and with the usual delivery times.

2WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours starting from the payment and the goods are sent to the shipment with delivery to the courier. From the moment the courier takes care of the goods, it takes approximately 24/72 hours for deliveries in Italy and 1-4 days for deliveries in Europe. Shipping times may vary at certain times of the year depending on holidays and weather conditions that affect goods traffic.
3CAN I HAVE THE SHIPPING TRACK?
As soon as the courier has taken charge of the goods, you will be sent a tracking code to control the status of the shipment. The courier will notify you by text message to inform you of the date and time in which the delivery will take place. In Italy two delivery attempts are made, only one attempt is made abroad.
4WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER, AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, DOES NOT FIND ANYONE?

5WHAT CAN I DO IF THE PACK HAS SOME DAMAGES?

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE ORDER OF PURCHASE
1HOW DO I RECEIVE FROM PURCHASE?
To cancel the purchase, send a written communication to our address by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the goods. In the communication it is necessary to indicate their data, those relating to the purchase order made, and indicate their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract, with the request to return the price paid within the strict deadline of 30 (thirty) days. Within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from sending the registered letter you must send us the goods subject to withdrawal, taking care that the packaging is suitable for transport in order to allow us to receive it intact. Once we receive the goods, we will verify the good condition of the same and within 14 days we will return the amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping and delivery costs.
2I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE FROM THE PURCHASE, IS IT ALWAYS POSSIBLE?
The right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons (consumers who purchase without VAT), therefore excluding purchases made by retailers or individuals who purchase for resale in any way.
