How it takes place

“Wine is made in the vineyard…”

The visit begins from the vineyard, where the innovative branched pruning technique (carried out in winter) and the selection of shoots (carried out in spring) is illustrated, with the aim of promoting the longevity of the vine plants.

The experience continues in the cellar, where the white and red winemaking techniques and the principles on which the extraction practices are based are exposed.

Followed by wine tasting accompanied by:

  • platter of cured meats and cheeses, tomato and basil salad and/or seasonal vegetables
  • bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil of our production                                                                                                              The dishes are prepared with raw materials coming from local farms, with which supply agreements have been signed.
